No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any services, products, or digital offerings, including but not limited to:
- Creative services (design, branding, consulting, etc.)
- Digital content (downloads, exclusives, media packages)
- Event access or special promotions
- Collaborations or campaigns done in partnership with HipHopFev3r
Our content and experiences are tailored, exclusive, and often created on-demand or in collaboration—making them non-refundable by nature.

- Purchases made during or through joint promotions with HipHopFev3r are also non-refundable, regardless of which platform the transaction occurred on.
- Any questions or issues relating to a co-branded offering should be directed to support@cuzoe.com, and we’ll work alongside the HipHopFev3r team to assist where possible (within policy).
