Music & Content Licensing Agreement

Effective Date: April 18, 2025
This agreement governs the use of all music and digital content made available by Cuzoe.com, including any collaborative works released in partnership with HipHopFev3r.

By downloading, streaming, using, or sharing any content from Cuzoe.com, you (“Licensee”) agree to the terms below.

1. What You’re Licensing

This license covers:

  • Full music tracks (not instrumentals or beats)
  • Digital media such as promotional graphics, visuals, or branded content
  • Collaborative content produced with or distributed through HipHopFev3r

You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to use this content for:

  • Personal listening or playlisting
  • Non-commercial social media posts (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube without monetization)
  • Cultural promotion or grassroots event use (e.g. mixtape features, private screenings)

2. What You Can’t Do

You may not:

  • Sell or resell any content
  • Upload the music to streaming services (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
  • Monetize the content on YouTube, social platforms, or elsewhere
  • Register the music or any part of it with a copyright office or distribution service
  • Use the content in a commercial or for-profit product, ad, film, or sync project
  • Claim ownership or misrepresent the source of the content

3. Music Copyright Disclaimer

Unless explicitly noted, Cuzoe.com does not guarantee that any music provided is:

  • Cleared for commercial use
  • Registered with a performance rights organization (PRO)
  • Fully original (some may include samples or interpolations)

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are fully responsible for ensuring that any music used beyond personal/non-commercial use is legally cleared
  • Cuzoe.com and HipHopFev3r are not liable for any copyright claims, takedowns, monetization disputes, or legal actions
  • You waive any right to hold Cuzoe or HipHopFev3r responsible for damages or publisher claims that arise from your use of music obtained from this site

4. Attribution & Respect

When sharing music or visual content, proper credit must be given:

  • Cuzoe (Cuzoe.com)
  • HipHopFev3r (if the release is a joint collaboration)
  • Any listed artist or creator on the original release page

5. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time, especially if:

  • Content is used commercially without permission
  • Content is modified inappropriately or misused
  • You violate any terms of this agreement

If revoked, you must delete all versions of the content and cease use immediately.

6. Legal & Liability Limitations

All content is provided “as-is.”
Cuzoe.com and HipHopFev3r make no guarantees about:

  • Copyright clearance
  • Platform safety (e.g. strikes, takedowns, bans)
  • Suitability for any commercial or monetized use

We are not responsible for any loss, legal action, or publishing dispute resulting from your use of our music.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of [Your State or Country], and any disputes will be handled under that jurisdiction.
